Shanbiev Payrav is a 33-year-old male in Pakistan, who was feeling shortness of breath and an increase in his hypertension and was taken to the AKMC Emergency Department on March 22nd, 2021. At the hospital, he was diagnosed with stage 5 chronic glomerulonephritis (chronic kidney disease).
By April 14th, 2021, Shanbiev was stabilized and discharged from the hospital feeling a little better and slightly active, but being at stage 5, his health is regressing drastically and he needs to get the best treatment as soon as possible.
The doctors have recommended him to go to a specialized Scientific Research Institute in Moscow, Russia for him to get his kidney transplantation for his disease.
