ALLEVIATING GLOBAL POVERTY THROUGH TRAINING, EDUCATION, MICRO CREDIT AND SMALL BUSINESS LOANS

Global Poverty is an epidemic. The Foundation for a Better Life (FBL) is working towards alleviating poverty globally through innovative programs that help increase families incomes, training them in marketable skills such as fashion design, sewing, cutting, loans, education, and more. FBL enables these families to earn additional income to help them become sustainable for their futures. More income results in better living conditions and overall a better way of life. FBL also focuses on providing better education for children who cannot afford majority of the schools in the eastern side of the world as they are fee-based. With proper education, we provide a positive growth for the future generations and avoid the continuation of this cycle of poverty.

Our Mission

We seek and hope that individuals and families in every community can meet their basic needs and attain a better life that is above the poverty line by providing these families and their children skills and education to increase their family income and continuously progress towards ending global poverty.

"Our duty is to free people from poverty. And to me poverty means without shelter, without protection, without access to healthcare, education or credit and without hope of ever controlling one's own destiny. That means condemning one's children and grandchildren to unacceptable living conditions. A voluntarist and innovative strategy is needed in order to break this chain of despair and total imprisonment."
